New Subscribers - Subscription Cut Off Window
We’ve been selling out month after month, so make sure you’re signed up as early as possible to receive the current month’s box. The cut off for each month’s box is the 25th of the month. When signing up after this period you’ll miss out on the current month’s box and will be automatically subscribed to next month’s box.
Payments
Your payment method will be billed automatically on the 10th of every month (or the first working day should that date fall on a weekend or public holiday) up until your subscription is cancelled.
Shipping Schedule
Subscription boxes are sent out on a monthly basis, we aim to dispatch all boxes between the15th and 25th of the month; but this can change dependent on volume, and the day that the 15th falls on.
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions will automatically renew by default. You can however cancel your subscription at any time and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next box is met.
Cancellations
We’d be sad to see you go, but the truth of the matter is that you can cancel your book box subscription at any time without any hidden fees associated. To prevent your subscription from auto renewing you must make sure you cancel your subscription by the 5th of the month.
