Return Policy

100% satisfaction is our goal: ordering, shipping, customer service and selection. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately. We promise to do everything we can to make things right.

If you’re not satisfied, simply return the in its original condition within two weeks of receipt, and we’ll credit your account for the full amount.

Please note that you will need to receive prior authorization for returns on the following: orders for books in quantities of 10 or more and orders exceeding a sum of $300.

Returned books must be in new, unused condition. When the return is received, you will receive credit back to the card used to purchase the books. Please include the packing slip with your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
